The goals for this project included expanding the family room and primary suite while introducing a brand-new, inviting kitchen for entertaining, along with updated finishes throughout both levels of the house. The integration of the kitchen and family room resulted in a open great room, featuring expansive operable glass doors leading to the backyard. To enhance privacy, the entrance to the primary suite was relocated from a common hallway, now boasting an en suite bathroom, a sitting area, spacious walk-in closets, and a bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, fireplace, and patio doors opening to the backyard.

Additionally, a new laundry room was added, and the existing bathrooms underwent refurbishment with updated fixtures and accessories. The interior design scheme encompassed not only permanent fixtures such as cabinets, counters, tile, and wall surfacing, but also furniture selections and procurement for various spaces including the living room, office, family room, and primary bedroom.

This transitional Tudor home has been revitalized with a contemporary twist, blending traditional elements with modern aesthetics.
